Perfectly located close to numerous walking and biking tracks along the Clutha river and right next to the Albert Town hub of Pembroke Patisserie, The Albie Pub, Four Square supermarket and Henry’s Liquor. Wanaka is a short drive or 20 minute bike ride.

On a winter getaway, kick back on the comfortable couch while you watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV with Freeview and Chromecast. A gas fireplace along with heatpumps/aircons upstairs and downstairs, ensures a warm cosy ambience throughout winter and a fresh cool down during summer. On a summer stay, head outside to take in the fresh mountain air, while enjoying a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir on the outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for holiday cooking including a Nespresso machine. There is an additional toilet downstairs. Laundry facilities feature a washer and dryer tucked away in a cupboard off the kitchen.

The lounge opens up to a private full fenced garden area. Here you will also find a locked storage area for skis, boards and bikes with gated access along the side of the building.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The larger room as a queen bed and the second room features two long singles which can zip up to form a king on request. Beds are new and high quality. There is an Air-conditioning unit upstairs for extra warmth in Winter or to cool in Summer for the bedrooms.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
